Arabian Sunset revised and resized

Redeux of my horse sunset. He still looks like he could be looking toward you or away from you.
While doing this, I had trouble with colors. They faded. Anyone have that problem? I'm using Corel Painter X standard version. I was all done with this and the black faded out. I had to "paint" it over again. It's been acting up in other ways. Should I just reinstall it or what? Having two different WACOM tablets on the PC, would that have anything to do with anything? Advice is appreciated.
