Rose Dancer and her friend Comet are Chamilins (SHAM-a-lins). This is an animal I created (ME! MINE!) and they're copyrighted. Part Arabian horse, part whitetail deer (imagine a unicorn without the horn). I wrote a book about the adventures of this particular Chamilin doe, as she's different from everyone else: She has the ability to scare off enemies and predators with a stare. No magic, just a talent. This is the prelim drawing. When it's colored it might be the cover art for ROSE DANCER (rewriten). Hoping to release it on Lulu.com. (Shameful plug?)

In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
